Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics

Job Summary

Driving analytical insights in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics will manage data-driven decision-making processes across key business areas such as growth, product, and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

• Define business problems and develop relevant analyses to inform decision-making
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes based on data recommendations

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python
• Proven ability to own and resolve ambiguous problems effectively
• Clear and persuasive communication skills, capable of influencing leadership decisions
• Experience in driving impactful results through data-driven insights
