Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics will drive analytical functions across core business areas, including growth, product, AI and automation, and strategic partnerships, in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define business problems and inform decision-making through data insights and analyses
• Build reports, run experiments, and surface key metrics to drive outcomes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, influencing decisions at the leadership level

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impactful solutions
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively
• First principles thinker with a proactive ownership mentality
