Senior Associate, Building Electrification Policy

Job Summary

Supporting building electrification policy initiatives, the full-time Senior Associate, Building Electrification Policy will conduct research and analysis, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead project workstreams remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on building electrification and energy policy to develop actionable recommendations
• Lead discrete projects from design through execution, managing timelines and deliverables
• Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, participating in meetings and collaborative policy development

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in energy policy, climate policy, or related fields
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into clear insights
• Commitment to advancing equitable and market-based climate solutions
