Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Associate, Business Development & Liquidity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with external market makers to scale liquidity across xStocks
• Source, onboard, and manage new market makers across various liquidity types
• Monitor and optimize market quality across on-chain and off-chain venues

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in crypto or traditional finance market making, trading, or exchange environments
• Strong understanding of market structure, liquidity dynamics, and execution quality
• Experience managing or working closely with market makers or liquidity providers
• Ability to structure partnerships and negotiate terms
• Familiarity with crypto markets preferred
