Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2-4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy/business development, preferably in healthcare
• A bachelor's degree is required
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and excel in fast-paced environments
• Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of empathy for the populations served
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a bias to action
