Senior Associate, Business Development

Job Summary

Leading strategic relationships with key partners, the full-time Senior Associate, Business Development will drive growth initiatives for DashMart Fulfillment Services while working remotely and managing cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and cultivate strategic relationships with retailers and e-commerce logistics partners to drive growth
• Lead growth and efficiency initiatives, conducting quarterly business reviews and joint planning sessions
• Serve as a liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment and communication across functions

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in business development, e-commerce, or partner management
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in P&Ls and large data sets, including basic SQL knowledge
• Experience in project management, adept at handling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in cross-functional settings and solve ambiguous problems
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex ideas clearly
