Senior Associate Business Development

Job Summary

To support strategic enterprise growth initiatives, the full-time Senior Associate Business Development will lead project management activities, conduct financial analysis, and collaborate with various stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage business and financial analysis projects that support clinical program development and strategic capital investments
• Draft and present financial reports, business plans, and data analysis to management, highlighting key decisions and risks
• Conduct research and due diligence on financial, operational, and partnership structures for current and future clinical programs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Finance, or related field required
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Five years of experience in financial and data analysis, project management, or business operations in the health or life sciences sector
• Proficiency in developing financial models and conducting cost/benefit analyses
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
