Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of initiatives to enhance impact, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Audit existing workflows to identify improvement opportunities and implement scalable processes
• Define, track, and report on key metrics to measure the impact of efforts and inform decisions

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Operations, program management, or management consulting
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and experience with or willingness to learn BI tools
• Ability to break down complex issues and make informed decisions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Healthcare expertise is a plus, with knowledge of industry trends and best practices
