Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of financing transactions including loans and bond offerings
• Manage transaction processes and due diligence with various stakeholders
• Prepare investor presentations and assist in investor relations activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics or equivalent experience
• Four or more years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or similar roles
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and executing financial transactions
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects under pressure
