Senior Associate, Capital Markets

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of acquisitions, divestitures, and financings of solar and battery storage projects
• Lead project finance and M&A transactions, including due diligence and deal structuring
• Develop financial models and analyze investment opportunities to inform pricing strategies and project performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• 3-5+ years of relevant industry experience in project finance, M&A, or investment analysis
• Experience with renewable energy project financing and/or M&A transactions
• Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills, including proficiency in financial modeling
• Deep understanding of renewable project financing structures and strong competency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
