Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Chapter Onboarding & Registration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and education of chapters in mental health advocacy and mobilization through training administration and technical assistance
• Ensure data accuracy and conduct analytics to track program metrics and support program equity goals
• Provide tailored technical assistance and conduct independent research to meet the needs of the Chapter Network

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of effective onboarding processes for chapters
• Baseline knowledge or experience in the mental health field
• Experience in supporting or designing youth-centered training programs
• Collaborative approach with a team-oriented style
• Commitment to equity and social justice principles
