Senior Associate, Client Onboarding

Job Summary

Managing a high volume of employer onboarding projects, the remote Senior Associate, Client Onboarding will oversee the implementation of Health Savings Account (HSA) and spending account products, ensuring accurate setup and client satisfaction while providing training and support during the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for employer HSA and spending account products, including plan setup and client training
• Consult with clients to determine appropriate enrollment and contribution methods based on organizational needs
• Deliver virtual training sessions and maintain accurate documentation across multiple concurrent implementations

Required qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in healthcare operations, benefits administration, or client onboarding preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or implementation tracking tools is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
