Senior Associate Clinical Contracts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Clinical Contracts & Budgets to support clinical contracting and budget-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial, strategic, and operational planning related to clinical contracts and budgets
• Coordinate with finance teams, clinical contracting groups, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain dashboards and trackers to ensure contract milestones and deadlines are met

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree, OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, OR Associate's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, OR High school diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in a regulated biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device environment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet
• Project management mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
