Senior Associate - Collateral Control

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate - Collateral Control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of borrowing base loan relationships and validate borrowing base certificates
• Analyze accounts receivable, accounts payable agings, and inventory reports to determine eligible collateral
• Identify discrepancies in documentation and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance, or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of banking experience focused on asset-based collateral monitoring
• Knowledge of commercial lending policies, including FIRREA and FDICIA
• Advanced proficiency in collateral monitoring software and general accounting principles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
