Senior Associate, Commercial Operations

Job Summary

Supporting the governance and optimization of Global Customer Relationship Management (GCRM), the full-time Senior Associate, Commercial Operations will analyze processes, enhance data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business improvements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and improve Commercial Operations workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Support the ongoing optimization and governance of GCRM (Salesforce) to improve user experience and data quality
• Contribute to the development of operational reporting and dashboards to measure process effectiveness and business outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or related fields
• Working knowledge of Salesforce (GCRM) and experience in CRM operations
• Experience in process analysis, gap assessments, and workflow documentation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable recommendations
