Senior Associate Consultant

Job Summary

To support client success in achieving strategic management objectives, the full-time Senior Associate Consultant will lead small projects and major workstreams, managing relationships with senior clients and guiding junior staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze organizations' capabilities and develop roadmaps for improvement using analytical frameworks and methodologies
• Manage relationships with senior clients and oversee junior staff in activities such as research, data synthesis, and presentation development
• Communicate complex business recommendations to clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals

Required qualifications

• 4-8 years of post-undergraduate experience in professional services strategy and management consulting
• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field; graduate degree is a plus
• Experience managing small projects or workstreams with responsibility for junior staff
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation applications, such as MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel
