Senior Associate Consultant, CLM

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate Consultant, CLM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support multiple engagements and client relationships while assisting in service delivery and project administration
• Conduct assessments of contract management processes and develop strategic roadmaps for implementation
• Create documentation and facilitate training to ensure successful adoption of CLM solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in legal consulting or with a CLM provider in a client-facing role
• Experience in performing CLM process assessments and implementing CLM platforms
• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of industry-leading CLM technologies and AI best practices
• Ability to independently manage multiple client engagements
