Job Summary
Supporting the planning and delivery of convening activities, the full-time Senior Associate, Convening will coordinate partner engagement and enhance collaboration in a remote environment while gathering insights to improve future convenings.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support convening activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective follow-through
- Plan and facilitate roundtables and partner gatherings, translating strategies into clear agendas and participant experiences
- Gather and analyze feedback from convenings to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of experience in supporting events, convenings, or community-based initiatives
- Experience working with immigrant-led and community-based organizations
- Proven ability to build relationships with diverse partners and manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated skills in using group engagement methods and synthesizing feedback for program improvement
