Senior Associate Corporate Finance

Job Summary

To support the Commercial Lending Division, the full-time hybrid Senior Associate Corporate Finance will manage the review of new transactions and ongoing portfolio monitoring, ensuring effective underwriting and portfolio management.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in meetings with private equity sponsors and borrowers to assess company understanding
• Prepare and review investment materials, financial statements, and third-party diligence reports
• Actively monitor the assigned portfolio, engaging in credit discussions and quarterly reviews

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a quantitative field preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance-related fields such as public accounting or investment banking
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of financial statement analysis and debt finance products
• Proficiency in Excel-based modeling and familiarity with market data sources like CapitalIQ and Bloomberg preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure while meeting deadlines
