Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Associate (CPA).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clients' financial operations, including audits, taxation, accounting, and payroll management
• Coordinate external audits and prepare complex tax returns while ensuring compliance with US taxation laws
• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and mentor junior accounting staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• CPA Certificate is required
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-cycle accounting and tax, preferably in Public Accounting
• Knowledge of International Tax Law is a plus
• Experience with QuickBooks and/or other accounting software
