Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Crypto Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Staking function, ensuring operational excellence
• Oversee reconciliations review process and operational controls for accuracy and timely resolution
• Identify and lead improvement initiatives in collaboration with leadership and other teams

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in crypto operations, brokerage operations, or fintech
• General interest or professional experience in crypto applications such as Staking and Trading
• Proven experience with SQL, General Ledgers, and Reconciliations is advantageous
• Proactive and action-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills
• Experience in highly collaborative environments with excellent interpersonal skills
