Job Summary
To enhance customer engagement and software adoption, the full-time Senior Associate, Customer Success will manage client renewals, support customer requests for customizations, and conduct regular outreach while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Initiate and support the renewal process, providing pricing and addressing customer inquiries
- Conduct regular customer outreach, including follow-ups, feedback requests, and consulting calls
- Build quotes and statements of work, managing pricing for existing customers
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field, or relevant experience in Customer Success
- Knowledge of SaaS business models and metrics
- 3 years of experience in customer success or sales within the SaaS industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Experience with accounting is a plus
