Job Summary

To enhance customer engagement and software adoption, the full-time Senior Associate, Customer Success will manage client renewals, support customer requests for customizations, and conduct regular outreach while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Initiate and support the renewal process, providing pricing and addressing customer inquiries
  • Conduct regular customer outreach, including follow-ups, feedback requests, and consulting calls
  • Build quotes and statements of work, managing pricing for existing customers
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field, or relevant experience in Customer Success
  • Knowledge of SaaS business models and metrics
  • 3 years of experience in customer success or sales within the SaaS industry
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Experience with accounting is a plus
