Senior Associate, Data Cloud Applications

Job Summary

To drive operational excellence and client support, the remote Senior Associate, Data Cloud Applications will manage client relationships, provide strategic recommendations, and support the adoption of Zeta's Data Cloud solutions while collaborating cross-functionally to meet client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Zeta Data Cloud Identity Graph to support audience curation and data inquiries
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing consultative guidance on leveraging Data Cloud solutions
• Capture client feedback and advocate for enhancements to influence future platform developments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in Advertising or Marketing Technology
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with proven project management skills
• Analytical thinker comfortable with quantitative analysis and data interpretation
• Proficient in Excel and advanced in Microsoft PowerPoint for client presentations
• Creative problem-solver with strong independent working skills
