Consolidation of business requirements for Portfolio Initiatives
Writing Portfolio Initiatives in collaboration with the agile product manager
Centralizing feedback to inform prioritization and driving operational and service experiences

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, health management, or related field with 8 years of group insurance industry experience
Proven track record of developing relationships with partners, distribution, and vendors
Ability to lead strategic projects with little direction and drive business direction based on market findings
Experience as an Experience Owner (or Product Owner) in Agile projects
Strong knowledge of Group Benefits and experience with business process and data modeling
