Senior Associate Deal Operations Manager

Job Summary

Senior Associate Deal Operations Manager is a full-time position focused on supporting the Sales organization by driving deal execution and ensuring efficient deal structuring and pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to manage deal execution and operational efficiency
• Ensure accurate pricing and negotiate commercial term documents
• Act as a trusted advisor to Account Executives throughout the sales cycle

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience, with at least 1 year in a sales/deal support role
• Experience with Quote to Cash lifecycle and sales operations
• Understanding of software pricing models, particularly SaaS
• Familiarity with SFDC or other CRMs, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience working cross-functionally to support client-facing proposals
