Senior Associate Deal Operations Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Associate Deal Operations Manager, the successful candidate will analyze subscription agreements and support the quote-to-contract process, ensuring accurate pricing and timely closure of growth opportunities while collaborating with Customer Base Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing and ensuring accurate pricing, quotes, and order forms while maintaining operational dashboards
• Partnering with Customer Base Sales to close growth opportunities in a timely manner
• Owning and closing a quarterly pipeline of growth opportunities, aiming to close over 97% of assigned deals within a quarter

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in deal operations, sales operations, contract analysis, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in a related area
• Experience in contracts analysis, with the ability to interpret contractual agreements and identify potential risks
• Proficient in time management, capable of planning and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to make decisions based on evaluating multiple alternatives and assessing risks
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com is preferred
