Job Summary

A company is looking for a TDM Business Partner Senior Associate - Digital.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and design learning curriculums in collaboration with stakeholders
• Serve as a learning advisor to leaders and subject matter experts, providing insights and recommendations
• Lead project teams and manage the execution of learning and development plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferred degree in education or related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in learning implementation and employee development
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
• Basic knowledge of instructional design principles and project management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
