A company is looking for a Senior Associate Director, Major Gifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for major gift donors and develop customized cultivation strategies
• Engage with high net-worth constituents to solicit and secure philanthropic gifts exceeding $100,000
• Collaborate with faculty and leadership to enhance donor engagement and manage a portfolio generating a minimum of $4.5 million annually

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Seven years of direct fundraising experience required
• Two years of supervisory experience required
• Preferred: CFRE - Certified Fundraising Executive
• Must pass pre-employment skills test as required by Human Resources
