Senior Associate, Donor Relations

Job Summary

To support the Development team, the full-time Senior Associate, Donor Relations will contribute to strategic planning, coordinate advocacy initiatives, and manage donor stewardship operations while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of departmental strategies, goals, and action plans
• Plan and coordinate advocacy and outreach programs, events, and meetings
• Assist with fundraising initiatives, donor outreach, and maintain programmatic spending records

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
