Senior Associate, Energy & Air Quality

Job Summary

To support the advancement of energy and air quality initiatives, the full-time Senior Associate, Energy & Air Quality will manage committee operations, contribute to the development of LEED products, and facilitate technical discussions in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic goals for energy, carbon, and indoor environmental quality related to LEED and USGBC products
• Identify and analyze new industry trends and regulations impacting energy and air quality
• Lead committee operations for Technical Advisory Groups and develop technical content for presentations

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant technical experience in engineering or energy management
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field
• General knowledge of ASHRAE standards, particularly 90.1 and 62.1
• Familiarity with building energy management and high-performance building systems
• Experience with LEED-certified projects preferred
