Senior Associate, Energy Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Energy Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the structuring, diligence, and execution of debt, tax equity, and sponsor equity transactions
• Own and maintain detailed cash-flow models for individual projects and portfolios
• Evaluate project opportunities for economic viability and financeability

Required Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of project or structured finance experience in renewable energy, infrastructure PE, or investment banking
• Advanced financial modeling skills, particularly in project finance and tax equity models
• Familiarity with energy infrastructure, distributed generation, or battery storage
• Experience with BESS or distributed generation project structures is a plus
• Understanding of key tax equity drivers such as depreciation and ITC eligibility is preferred
