Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of executive searches, providing strategic advice and market insights
• Conduct market mapping and intelligence to identify top-tier talent within the SaaS and startup ecosystems
• Manage executive negotiations and client partnerships, ensuring transparency throughout the search process

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in executive search or specialized GTM recruiting
• Exposure to the high-growth tech or startup environment
• Understanding of Sales and Marketing functions, including metrics like CAC, LTV, and ARR
• Proven ability to engage and persuade passive candidates
• Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of adapting strategies quickly
