Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Experience Owner, GBS Distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution and refinement of the Distribution experience roadmap aligned to business objectives
• Conduct research activities and analyze insights to identify opportunities for improving broker and client experiences
• Partner with Product Owners and delivery teams to execute experience initiatives and manage dependencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of experience in financial services or insurance
• Experience in product management, business analysis, or program delivery
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical skills
