Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of client engagements, ensuring adherence to contract requirements and project timelines
• Oversee the secure handling of medical records and documentation exchange between clients and reviewers
• Create and manage billing events, ensuring invoice accuracy and tracking revenue milestones for projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent professional experience may be considered
• 5-7 years of experience in project management, healthcare consulting, or professional services
• A clinical background is strongly preferred
• Experience in evaluation of clinical quality is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Workday, and Microsoft Office Suite
