Senior Associate, Financial Due Diligence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Transaction Advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
• Build and analyze Quality of Earnings deliverables and prepare clear schedules and exhibits
• Gather and organize data from client financials while collaborating with engagement leads to meet deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Senior Associate experience in Transaction Advisory, Financial Due Diligence, or Quality of Earnings
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and common diligence adjustments
• Strong Excel skills, including working with large datasets and modeling
• Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Experience in producing client-ready output
