Senior Associate, FP&A

Job Summary

Transforming financial data into actionable insights, the full-time Senior Associate, FP&A will forecast revenue and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), support sales compensation, and analyze performance against budget in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and update key ARR and revenue forecasts to enhance financial outlook accuracy
• Support monthly bookings forecasting and finalize bookings results in collaboration with Finance and Sales
• Analyze actual performance against budget and identify drivers behind significant variances

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting practices
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and ability to translate financial information into clear insights
