Senior Associate, HSA Implementation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Client Onboarding/Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for employer HSA plans, including setup and client training
• Consult with clients to determine appropriate enrollment and contribution methods
• Deliver virtual training sessions and maintain accurate documentation across multiple implementations

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, benefits administration, or client onboarding preferred
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or implementation tracking tools a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
