Senior Associate in Evaluation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate - Monitoring and Evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data collection, cleaning, and quality checks for health programs
• Assist with indicator tracking, dashboards, and monitoring reports
• Contribute to evaluations, operational research, and donor/internal reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health or a related field (Master's preferred or in progress)
• 1-3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, or health program support
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort with health and program data
• Curiosity and a passion for evidence-based programming
