Senior Associate Investment Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Investment Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the accounting close process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Perform detailed analytical review of investment income, yields, and gains/losses
• Assist in the implementation of new investment portfolios and support regulatory filings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the reinsurance industry or financial services
• Strong understanding of GAAP and STAT investment accounting principles
• Experience with data management and analysis tools
• Familiarity with investment accounting platforms and advanced analytics tools
