Senior Associate, Investment Data Operations
Job Summary
Acting as a subject matter expert, the remote Senior Associate, Investment Data Operations will support the implementation and ongoing operation of the firm's investment data operating model, ensuring high-quality data across various investment processes and workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the implementation of a new data management platform by supporting business requirements, testing, and rollout activities
- Execute daily data operations processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of investment data while resolving data quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to enhance data governance, improve system integrations, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-6+ years of experience in investment operations, data management, or asset management environments
- Operational understanding of IBOR and ABOR concepts, investment processes, and security master data
- Experience with enterprise data platforms and knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, and data architecture concepts
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
