Senior Associate, M&A Diligence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a M&A Diligence - Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute financial due diligence reviews for potential acquisitions
• Develop financial analyses and pro forma financial models
• Prepare detailed reports outlining key findings, risks, and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting and buy-side transaction experience
• CPA, CA, or CFA certification preferred
• Experience working for a mid-market accounting firm is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated capabilities in evaluating small to medium-sized businesses
• Strong interest in empowering employee ownership in small businesses
