Senior Associate, Marketing Operations

Job Summary

Supporting the full product lifecycle, the remote contract Senior Associate, Marketing Operations will manage the configuration, testing, and optimization of personalized customer journeys using Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer to enhance member engagement and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, test, deploy, and optimize personalized journeys and campaigns within Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Partner with analytics teams to build and validate audience segments using real-time behavioral and profile data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate journey logic and improve targeting effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3 or more years of experience in marketing operations or campaign execution
• 2 or more years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of customer journey logic and personalization strategies
• Experience working in agile or cross-functional environments
