Required Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in a high-performance culture (tech, strategy, operations, consulting, banking, or related fields)
• Completed Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to solve problems from first principles and develop innovative plans
• Experience operating at both strategic and detailed levels
• Proficiency in data analysis and modeling using Excel/Google Sheets
