Job Summary

Supporting major donor fundraising efforts, the full-time salaried Senior Associate of Resource Development will manage donor pipelines, coordinate Women's Leadership Board programs, and ensure effective project execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage major gifts portfolios and prospect pipelines in CRM systems
• Coordinate activities for Women's Leadership Board programs and fundraising initiatives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, project management, or donor relations
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong project management abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
