Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate of Strategy & Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve the company's core operating cadence, including planning and performance tracking
• Drive high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO
• Coordinate the annual planning process and support executive decision-making with data analysis

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in private equity, strategy, business operations, or management consulting
• High degree of analytical fluency and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
• Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills to engage with C-suite leaders
• Ability to operate with significant ambiguity and self-direction in a lean team environment
