Senior Associate Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate Paralegal - Preclinical Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on preclinical contracting issues under supervision
• Draft and negotiate a variety of preclinical-related and translational contracts
• Conduct research on laws and regulations affecting preclinical contracting

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of legal experience, or Associate's degree with 6 years of legal experience, or High school diploma/GED with 8 years of legal experience
• Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal education program or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience as a paralegal in a corporate legal department or law firm environment
• Strong knowledge of contracting and legal procedures related to pharmaceutical and/or university contracts
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Docusign
