Senior Associate Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate Paralegal - Preclinical Contracting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support on preclinical contracting issues under the direction of an attorney or paralegal
• Conduct research on laws and regulations affecting preclinical contracting
• Draft and negotiate a high volume of preclinical-related contracts in a time-sensitive environment

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of legal experience, or Associate's degree with 6 years of legal experience, or High school diploma/GED with 8 years of legal experience
• Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal education program or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience as a paralegal in a corporate legal department or law firm environment
• Strong knowledge of contracting and legal procedures related to pharmaceutical and/or university contracts
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with evolving technologies
