Senior Associate, Partnerships
Job Summary
To support the Business Development team, the full-time Senior Associate, Partnerships will autonomously manage a portfolio of high-impact partner relationships, drive complex deal execution, and shape partnership strategies in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage partnerships end-to-end, ensuring execution against commitments and resolving blockers
- Identify and shape partnership strategies to unlock growth, co-creating frameworks with cross-functional leaders
- Source, structure, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, managing the full deal lifecycle independently
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic, deal-oriented roles such as business development or investment banking with experience in closing complex agreements
- Proven track record of identifying partnership opportunities and driving initiatives from concept through close
- Demonstrated ability to use data for assessing partnership performance and influencing senior decision-making
- Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams to drive project execution in fast-moving environments
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency and quality
