Senior Associate Payer Contracting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate - Payer Contracting (US - Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the contract development process with various stakeholders
• Create term sheets and complete request for proposals (RFPs) for MCO customers
• Act as the primary contract owner for assigned top regional MCOs

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience
• Associates degree with 6 years of relevant experience or High school diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
• Advanced degree (i.e. MBA, JD) preferred
• 2+ years of experience in commercial contracting or related fields in a biopharma environment
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to understand legal contract documents
