Senior Associate, Payer Strategy

Job Summary

As a key player in the Payer Strategy & Ops team, the full-time Senior Associate will manage the production of commercial KPI and competitive intelligence dashboards, coordinate the commercial reporting cycle, and support the infrastructure for payer partnerships in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the production of commercial KPI and competitive intelligence dashboards
• Coordinate the commercial reporting cycle and manage payer enablement documentation
• Support operational tasks related to talent management and strategic workstreams

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or a similar strategy & ops role
• Proven track record of managing complex analytical and operational problems
• Experience with AI tools and a critical approach to their outputs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving and operational excellence
